Railway Minister does not bother about the fundamental policy of Indian Railways
Remove immediately color blind CRB and only publicity-oriented Railway Minister
Rlymen don’t know what is the Safety, Security, and Punctuality on IR nowadays
No sufficient & qualitative spare parts are available in Yards, Workshops & Depots
The railway employees are working under pressure and not pleasure
No proper maintenance, Neglected & Raced tracks, Only twitter is there..!
One more major derailment on Indian Railway. One twitter from one hon’ble PM who always tweet on every important occasion but he forgot to tweet on Gorakhpur incident. Our hon’ble Railway Minister tweeted and made an order high power inquiry as usual.
Now we people should recall a history the war between USA and Vietnam. The USA was high-tech but the Vietnam manpower was super and last the victory on the side of Vietnam.
Our Railway Minister is busy on saf-safai and on reducing the timing of Rajdhani Exp between Mumbai Central and New Delhi on the total cost of over about 11000 crores but neglecting the basic aspects.
Under the dynamic leadership of well known Atomic Scientist Mr. Anil Kakodkar and after that Mr. Ratan Tata, so many committees were formed and their reports lying on dust. Dr. Bibek Debroy committee in another side how to hand over Indian Railway to private players.
In every department shortage of staff. The employees working under heavy pressure and not pleasure, no proper maintenance. neglected tracks, no sufficient and qualitative spare parts are available in Yards, Workshops, and Depots. Only twitter is there.
Our Hon’ble PM’s beloved blue eye Railway Minister does not bother about the fundamental policy of Indian Railways. Earlier Indian Railway’s slogan was ensured utmost Safety, Security and Punctuality first but now Railwaymen don’t know what is the Saftey, Security, and Punctuality, they all are busy Hon’ble PM’s Swachhata Abhiyan and most of the railway officers are busy to touring foreign visits on so-called training programmes or travelling with full Aisho-Aaram in luxury saloons. 12953 August Kranti Rajdhani Exp incidents an eye-opener.
A humble request to Hon’ble Railway Minister that the common man who can’t tweet on traveling on Indian Railway but they are paying to Railway. Please consider them first. After a major accident in Kerala, Southern Railway, CRS given the order to Railway administration to immediate replacement of hundreds of KMs of tracks but so far not completed.
The simple answer of the question of how to avoid such incidents? And The very suitable answer is that the sufficient manpower and required qualitative raw materials should be provided.
Mr. Prime Minister please look deeply and do something and save the Indian Railways by removing color blind CRB and self-centered and only publicity oriented Railway Minister.
Wish a speedy recovery to injured passengers and a tribute to who lost their lives in the Kalinga-Utkal Express tragedy near Khatauli-Muzaffarnagar.
Report and discussions found in between railway officers and their groups
1. There was a block demanded at 1710 for kms 101/3-4, and derailment happened at 101/1 at 1746.
2. The block was demanded glued joint.
3. It is suspected that the work was started without taking a block and that resulted in the derailment.
4. This is what hearing about this accident.. Delhi/Div/NRLY likely responsibility is on Engineering.
5. Responsibilities to be on SrDEN/2/DLI, DyCE/C/Tilakbridge and AEN/MTC.
6. One gangman has died who was working during the block.
7. Glued joint changing, No caution, No block.
8. Driver’s statement is important.
9. Perhaps Driver has seen something serious and applied all brakes leading to climbing and derailment.
10. SSE/PWay must be busy either making fresh cut in Rail or removing fish plate bolt. He can also manage a law which is made in Pakistan?
11. The anti-climbing feature of the coach was made so that the coaches don’t climb over each other and result into serious injuries due to the throwing away of coaches. The emergency brakes shall not lead to bunching and climbing subsequent to it. That’s the basic design for new coaches. In good olden days, these both features were not present in the ICF coaches and as such casualties were higher whenever the derailments at higher speed took place in which the coaches climbed over each other.
