CRMS is doing very good job to uplift the women employees -Renu Sharma, DRM/Pune

Central Railway Mazdoor Sangh (CRMS), Pune Division celebrated International Women's Day on 14.03.2022 at Indrayani Auditorium, New DRM Office/Pune.

Central Railway Mazdoor Sangh (CRMS), Pune Division celebrated International Women’s Day on 14.03.2022 at Indrayani Auditorium, New DRM Office/Pune. Smt. Renu Sharma, DRM/Pune Division, Central Railway, was the guest of honour and Ms. Rashmi Patil, film/television actress & classical dancer was the chief guest and Smt. Trupti Aadke was special invitee on this occasion.

Welcome adress was given by Mrs. Swati Parekh and Swarupa Kadam, Divisional Women Chairman/Pune Division. As a token of love Smt. Anuradha Ursal, CRMS Mahila Munch welcome to all the guests and participants. All the dignitaries lighted the lamp. Smt. Renu Sharma DRM/Pune congratulated organisers for the program for women employees.

In her speech DRM Smt. Renu Sharma expressed that the CRMS is doing very good job to uplift the women employees. She congratulates all the women employees on the occasion of International Women’s day and congratulated all the women employees for their active participation and CRMS for organising the program.

DRM Smt. Sharma said that in our culture where “Stree & Shakti” are worshipped not only for one day but the whole twelve months of the year, I’m proud to be a part of such a culture. She has even advised women brigade that as a women we are always giving priority to our family and neglecting our-self but now its time to spare time of herself.

In this occasion chief guest Ms. Rashmi Patil told about her journey from being a daughter of Railway Empolyee to a famous film & television actress and classical dancer who won the numbers of awards was very inspirational. Share her experiences along with Interaction session.

She further asked all the women’s about there childhood dreams which they saw as a child and what happened to that dreams? Did they completed that? If not, then asked them to try now to fulfill the wishes and revive that dreams.. there is no age to follow our dreams. Ms. Rashmi expressed even that as a working women we spend maximum time of our life in office so stand with your friends and understand & support each other.

Smt. Trupti Aadke International Yoga Player & Instructor said that in today’s busy life women’s have to take care of her health & should spare some time for themself, and specially working women, because they are facing more stress, they are handling both the front (Home & Office). She Guided women participants about yoga for PCOD, Thyroid & weight management. After Interaction she showed some Practical’s of yoga. She also took Yoga nidra session as its a stress buster which was appreciated by all the participants.

Chief Guest and special invite felt very happy to see the large number of women employees participating in organisation. They were very happy & thankful to organisers for arranging such a beautiful program for women’s & inviting them. Around 150 women employees participated the program. After the program as a symbol small gift & snacks was arranged by CRMS for all.

Smt. Anuradha Ursal gave a vote of thanks. On the behalf of CRMS Mahila Manch, Smt. Ursal is very much thankful to all the guests who make them available themselves in-spite of their busy schedule. She was also very thankful to divisional chairman D. R. Jamadar, Divisional Secretary S. P. Singh, Pune Main line Secretary Suneel Mishra, Vikas Prasad, Secy, N.M.Pujari, Suresh Naik, Ghorpadi Secretary open line, for their support & organising the program.
