Dr E. Sreedharan has given his frank opinion on Friday, 3rd September 2020 on IRMS recruitment through Civil Services and Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, S&T & Stores engineers through RRB

Dr E. Sreedharan

“There is no point in the Technical Association sending representation to the Railway Minister. I had an almost one hour online meeting with the Railway Minister, CRB and Principal Secretary to PM on this subject”, said Dr. Sreedharan.

He also said, “They seem to have gone too far including restructuring the Railway Board. The only remedy now left with these Associations is to approach the Supreme Court with a PIL to stay and reverse Railway Board’s decision”.

The above as advised by Dr E Sreedharan to CE/CN/ERS on reference and forwarding of representation and briefing him of present developments on IRMS Recruitment from Civil Services and all Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and S&T, Stores engineers through Railway Recruitment Board (RRB).

Note: The above message viral on all Railway officer’s whatsapp groups on social media yesterday, i.e. Friday, 4th September 2020.
