“Deliberate violation of transparency and accountability of Railway Board being set aside of vigilance rule”

Inspite of transfer of vigilance advise, how it can be manipulated so shortly to return in the same place
It’s a major surprise that one SAG officer was transferred from West Bengal earlier to N F Railway just four years back due to vigilance observation for involvement in multiple corruption in Metro Railway, Kolkata while posted around more than seven years by manipulation.
In fact due to repeated observation of multiple MPs for irregularities committed by the said officer he was transferred but spared in late.
Now again by same manipulation he managed to return back to Kolkata so that he could manage a prime post of B. R. Sing hospital at Sealdah, Kolkata.
His name is Dr Rudrendu Bhattacharya CMS / New Jalpaiguri, North Frontier Railway. Temporarily he is working as Covid Nodal officer till spared to Kolkata.
How it’s possible working total period of service more than 20 years in Eastern Railway only for short period of four years away at N F Railway again posted back in Eastern Railway on his own choice of SAG officer.
This is a matter of deep concern inspite of transfer of vigilance observation how it can be manipulated so shortly to return as SAG officer by medical authority of Railway Board?
DG/RHS should take immediate note of the past history of so called corrupt officer just four years back before transferring a SAG officer in his home town back on their choice.
It’s an appeal to DG/RHS, CVC and Railway vigilance as well as Railway Minister to look into the matter immediately to maintain the transparency and accountability of higher authority of Railways.
The concerned authorities should take steps to maintain sanctity of transfer rule without partiality. Doctors of Eastern Railway all are surprised to see tje extravagant privilege provided in the favour of Dr Rudrendu Bhattacharya, CMS/NJP, NFRly.
