Systematically more than 50% goods are booked and despatched as Hard Parcels which is against guidelines

Daily from 23.03.2020 about 100 Group ‘D’ and about 50 Group ‘C’ staff have been attending at Howrah Parcel as per arrangements of CPLI and Divisional /Zonal Authorities of Eastern Railway.

Parcel Express have been started from and To Yeshwantpur, New Delhi, CSMT, Guwahati and Jamalpur etc only for essential materials like perishables such as vegetables, fish, eggs, ghee, food grains, medical goods etc but under a systematic chain more than 50% goods are booked and despatched Hard Parcels which were against PMO guidelines or issued by other authorities.

Also regarding Parcel Express to and from Howrah. As Government of India arranged  for movement of Railway Parcel Express for carrying food materials, medical items and other essential goods in this lock down periods to allow much less staff maintaining physical distancing specially for Howrah which is Red Zone Area since very early. But here about more than 70% hard parcels are dealing either Inward or Outward using about 200 staff of  Group C+D daily without any valid roster while DM/Howrah passed full lock down.

This letter of commercial control desired by Senior DCM/HWH has been sent by CPLI on whatsapp for immediate effect now.

At Agarpara unit no. 3, under SSE/P-Way Barrackpore, Sealdah Division, Eastern Railway, cleaning Platform jungle during lock down & Hotspot area where SSE talked in dirty language with Trackman even JE has given authority of duty to the unit-3 trackman on 30.04.2020.

As per information that whole country is aware that Kolkata has been declared as Red Zone Area and in this pathetic situation Sealdah Division is sending his staff of Engineering Department in the mouth of death to issue working order avoiding lock down order of both PM and CM in Sealdah, Kolkata, orders are as under-

As per instruction of SSE/br/incharge the following gang and office staff will be booked for office duty on 04/05/2020.

Modi gang + Nemai, Pramod, Ramakant, Tapan Sen, Jinat Ali Mondal, Tarak Sarkar, and Deepak Goswami including Tarak Karmakar will also be included in the list.

This is the distribution of staff to be booked on and from 04.5.2020, as instructed by XEN/BRL/SDAH. Planning may be done in such a way that booking  staff of a section in day 1, other section in day 2, another section in day 3, so that every one can be  booked @sarkarbabu.

“Tamping Machine and other essential work will start from 16.04.20 in SPR section. Accordingly staff have been booked for tamping machin related work. As per advice of SrDEN-2 whoever will not report to duty without any valid reasons will be treated as unauthorised absent and would be dealt as per law.”

This letter is sent by SSE/P-Way, Sonarpur of Sealdah Division to Trackman of his control.
