{"id":1941,"date":"2020-12-06T03:27:24","date_gmt":"2020-12-05T21:57:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/railsamachar.com\/english\/?p=1941"},"modified":"2020-12-06T03:27:29","modified_gmt":"2020-12-05T21:57:29","slug":"is-that-fact-railway-unions-federations-are-not-ready-to-displease-the-govt-in-any-way","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/railsamachar.com\/english\/?p=1941","title":{"rendered":"Is that fact Railway Unions\/Federations are not ready to displease the Govt. in any way?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Many of the so-called union leaders in the zonal level have accumulated huge amounts of wealth syphoning money from Railway Societies and by way of commissions or other means, that\u2019s why they are not ready to displease the\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><span style=\"caret-color: #0000ff;\">Government<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">For the last ten days the Farmers, from at least two states, showed the Nation how to dissent and made the government to hear their legitimate grievances.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Compared to the Agricultural Bills the changes in Labour Acts are more detrimental to Labours rights and nothing was done against it except a few token protests from certain unions here and there.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Being the biggest trade unions in the country, it is the duty of the Railway Unions\/Federations to lead the workmen in such pan India issues.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Unfortunately the leaders of the major Railway unions and Federations have done nothing in this regard till date.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Their inaction is not surprising as majority if not all of them are happily retired and interested in enjoying perks that came with respective posts they held.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Both the Railway Federations&#8217;
